6. Why is my device so slow?

There are two factors that could affect this, the first being how old you device is.

The older your device, the slower it will be. There is no real long term fix except to buy a new one. Sometimes, resetting to factory defaults may speed the device up in the short run.

The second factor that could affect this is RAM. RAM is essentially what determines the speed at which your device runs. If you do not close apps, they will continue to run in the background and take up RAM, therefore slowing down your phone.

For iPads and iPhone with home buttons, double press the home button to open the App Switcher, and swipe up on each app that appears on the screen to close it.

For iPads and iPhone without home buttons, swipe up from the bottom to the middle of your screen and hold until you see the App Switcher.

7. Why can't I connect to the internet?

  1. Check if you have airplane mode on or WiFi off.

  2. If airplane mode is on or WiFi is off, turn off airplane mode and turn WiFi on.

  3. If that does not work, check your WiFi password and range.

  4. If all else fails, restart your device.

9. How to I free up storage when it is full?

The best way to free up some storage is by deleting apps you do not use. After that, delete or back up photos and videos into a cloud based storage service such as Google Drive or iCloud.
