2. How do I set up a WeChat account?
First download the app from the Google Play Store (android) or App Store (Apple). Follow the on screen instructions and create a new account. You will need a valid mobile phone number that has not been previously used for another WeChat account. Additionally, you will need someone with a WeChat account to verify you before your account can be created.
3. I forgot my password for an app. What do I do?
There should usually be an option to reset or change your password (commonly labeled "I forgot my password" or something similar) at the bottom of your login screen. Select that and follow the directions given.
4. How do I install an app?
Android:

Find the app that you want to install.

Tap Install (for paid apps you will see the price of the app in place of the Install button)
If you already have the app, it will say Open in place of Install.
iPhone:
